Booking and messaging content you create while using Sorted Board. Photos and videos you upload. Basic usage data (such as pages visited) to keep the app working reliably. 2. What We Don't Collect Sorted Board never collects or stores your card number, bank account number, or government ID. That information is collected and held directly by Stripe, our payment processor, under its own privacy policy. 3. How We Use Your Information To operate the marketplace: matching buyers and professionals, processing bookings and payments, and enabling messaging between the two parties to a booking. To communicate with you about your bookings and account. To improve Sorted Board and keep it secure. 4. What We Share, and With Whom With the other party to a booking: a professional you book sees your name and a masked version of your email/phone until you choose to share your full contact details (or until you book directly with a professional who already knows you). With Stripe, to process payments and payouts. With service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting), under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing that service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. 5. Data Retention We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes. 6.
